Obituary For Toni I. Thomas

Toni I. Thomas, 44, of Bristol, RI, passed away after a long illness on Monday, June 23, 2025 surrounded by her loving family. The daughter of Bill E. and Susan (Doane) Thomas, Toni was born in New York and moved around the country a lot during her younger years before finally settling in Bristol.

Toni had an infinite love for all things art. From baking cakes, creating jewelry, endless amounts of stickers, listening to music so deeply, reading all the books, enjoying horror films, creating heartfelt cards, loving all anime; she enjoyed it all. Always most comfortable in her Connie's, but got spiffy with the beautiful dress and heels. Loved her family endlessly and her friends fiercely. To know Toni was to know strength, stubbornness, deep love and a love for all things abnormal.

In addition to her parents, Bill and Susan, Toni is survived by her brother, Jesse Thomas and his wife Jessica of Uxbridge, MA; her nephew, Jaxon C. Thomas; her niece, Devyn Thomas; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was the granddaughter of the late Helen Irene Tracy.

Arrangements are with Family’s Choice Cremation, 8 Schoolhouse Rd., Warren, RI 02885. Services will be held at Smith Funeral & Memorial Services, 8 Schoolhouse Rd., Warren, RI 02885, where the family will receive relatives and guests for a Memorial Service on Saturday, July 12, 2025 from 12-2PM.
