Obituary For Thomas A. Silva

Thomas A. Silva, 64, of Bristol, Ri, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 4, 2024. The son of the late Daniel and Maria A. (Viera) Silva, and the beloved husband of Jodi (Long) Silva, Thomas was born in Fayal, Azores and came to Rhode Island when he was young, living here for the last 60 years.

Thomas was a former member of the Bristol Fire Department, Engine #2 The Ever-Readys, and worked as a Machine Operator for many years at Royal Diversified in Warren, RI.

In addition to his wife, Jodi, Thomas is survived by his daughters, Melony Connors and her husband Kevin of Riverside, RI and Dana Silva of Bristol, RI; his sisters, Lucy Faria of Warren, RI and Tilly Coupe and husband Bruce of Colorado; and 1 grandchild, Robert Anthony Connors as well as many nieces and nephews.

Arrangements are with Family’s Choice Cremation, 8 Schoolhouse Rd. Warren, RI.
