Obituary For Nicholas B. Ventresca
Nicholas Baldo Ventresca, 45, affectionately known as “Nicky V,” left this Earth to be with his Savior on June 17, 2025, after a brief illness. He was just 45 years old.
Nick was born on January 21, 1980, in Brockton, Massachusetts, to Cheryl Munroe Swing and Baldo Ventresca. He lived life to the fullest and was known for his generous heart, infectious spirit, and unwavering love for those around him.
A true New Englander at heart, Nick was rarely seen without a Patriots jersey and an iced coffee from Dunkin’ in hand. Known for spontaneously busting into the “Carlton Dance” to help cheer up those around him, that was just one of his many talents. He loved music, especially playing the guitar and singing, and found joy in his work as a bug exterminator, always bringing humor and heart to everything he did. A hardworking small business owner, Nick could often be found sitting by a campfire, singing and laughing with his family and friends.
Most of all, Nick loved his wife, Jennifer, whom he married on April 21, 2024. Their time together, though far too short, was filled with laughter, love, and deep devotion.
Nick leaves behind his mother, Cheryl Swing (Bill); his father, Baldo Ventresca; his brothers, Anthony (Shannon), Joseph, and Jesse; and his sister, Danielle (Robert). He is also survived by his children—Matthew, Jonathan, and Lyric; his stepsons, Nathan and Lucas Melendez; as well as 11 beloved nieces and nephews, and a multitude of cousins, uncles and aunts.
Arrangements are with Family’s Choice Cremation, 8 Schoolhouse Rd. Warren, RI 02885.

I just found out about Nick's passing, I met him went I bought my house in Attleboro and I had squirrels in my attic. Nick came right away and handled the problem and was so friendly. During that time I was having an issue with someone else I hired and was taking advantage me as a new home owner, Nick encouraged me and most of all he prayed with me and for me. My deepest condolences to his family and loved ones.

Nick was a great guy. I met Nick years ago because I had a mouse problem in my home. Nick came to the rescue. He would laugh at how scared I am of those "little mice" As he would say. He will be deeply deeply missed.
