Michael Francis Dunn of Bristol, RI passed away peacefully on March 23rd, 2016

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Donna Krauss Dunn; his 3 children, Geoffrey Dunn and wife Maureen McCarthy of Pembroke, MA, Heather Dunn and husband David Ewers of Oakland, CA, Kristin Dunn and husband Raymond Sue-Seto of Long Beach, CA. He was adored by his 3 grandchildren Braden Dunn, Violet Ewers and Vanessa Sue-Seto. He also leaves his brother Thomas Dunn and wife Karen Bertolino of Old Town ME and his mother-in-law Rose (Malomo) Krauss of Randolph MA.

Michael was born in Brockton, MA to Thomas and Clara (Petrone) Dunn. He spent his childhood years in Avon MA before joining the US Army and attending Boston University. His early married life was spent in California, he then returned to the east coast and raised his family in Massachusetts where he was very active in local government, Lions Club International, and his church. He later moved to Rhode Island where he pursued his passion for food and cooking by opening a restaurant and then developing a personal chef business.

He will be remembered for his warm smile, his kindness, his dedication to his community, and most of all his love for family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at Seekonk Congregational Church on July 9th at 1 PM
