Marie Louise (de Gumoens) King, 77, of Warren RI, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 3rd, 2025 after a long battle with illness.

Marie bought and preserved the historic Level Maxwell House on Main Street in Warren, in which she ran her own shop, Marie King Antiques for many years. She specialized in collectible books, loved gardening, and was passionate about her cats, usually of the orange variety. She had a wry sense of humor and a generous spirit that will be missed.

She is survived by her two daughters, Jennifer (King) and her husband Chris Daltry, Meghan (King) and her husband Will Rice and grandchildren Charles and Sonia Rice.
