Joseph M. Pacheco died at Crestwood Nursing Home on 1/31/25 at the age of 64. For those that knew him they called him Joe. He resided at 3 Woodbine St, Bristol, RI. Joe was born 12/15/1960 in Rabo De Peixe São Miguel Açores. He was 7 years old when his family moved to the US in 1968, Joe attended the Bristol public school from grammar to grade school. One of Joe’s biggest accomplishments was becoming an American citizen in 1997.

Joseph worked most of his life at American Tourister. In his hay days he enjoyed bus trips to Atlantic City, he loved to reminisce about his trips to New Jersey.

Joe was preceded in death by his father John B Pacheco and his mother Leonor Pacheco also from Rabo De Peixe São Miguel Açores,and his brother Carlos Pacheco.

Joe is survived by his brother Paul C. Pacheco and Wife Alcida from Bristol, RI. His Nephew/ Godchild Paul C. Pacheco Jr. and Partner Erin Hebert, their children Khalessi Rose Pacheco, Hannahlise Leonor Pacheco, and Roman Calistro Pacheco, of Warren, RI. His Niece/Godchild Tanya Pacheco and Partner Ryan Krakowsky of Tiverton, RI.

Joe was loved by those who he connected with. He always had a story to tell, always asked how you were doing, and always made sure you were doing all right. He loved and cared for his God children and was very fond of his great nieces and nephew who he talked about daily.

Joe will be missed by his family and friends.

Arrangements are with Family’s Choice Cremation, 8 Schoolhouse Rd. Warren, RI 02885. Per the Family’s request, services will be private.
