Obituary For Joanne Claire Panciotti

Joanne Claire Panciotti, also known as Jo, passed away on January 8, 2024, in Providence, Rhode Island, at the age of 61. She was born on September 29, 1962, in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Joanne was a loving mother above all else and a devoted grandmother. She was a lover of blues music, the glowing aura in many music venues in Rhode Island.

She is survived by her father, Charles Gorman, her brother Glenn Gorman, her daughter Anne Panciotti, her son Andrew Panciotti Jr., her grandchildren Riley and Rhys Panciotti, and loving friend Ed Wright. Joanne was preceded in death by her mother, Emma Sheehan (neé Leighton).

Joanne attended Tolman High School, Class of 1980, and was the owner of "Mothers little helper" children's clothing resale shop and Providence Cornice, Providence, RI.

Her family will be holding a private family memorial to honor her life and legacy.

    Joanne I am so sorry. I know we haven't seen each other in many years. We worked together after high school and you were in my wedding when you were pregnant. I am so sorry I just found out of your passing. prayers to you and your family May your memory be eternal.

    I was terribly sorry to hear of Joanne's passing and how ill she had been. I met Joanne through my brother Ed, and I know how much he cared for her. I got to spend a little time with her and enjoyed being around her. I know how much she loved her family and her grandkids. My thoughts and prayers are with her family. Love from Ed's sister Cindy
