Debra A. Mason, 66, of East Providence, passed away on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at Hope Health Hospice in Providence. She was a daughter of the late William G. and Elizabeth (Macomber) Mason. Debra grew up in Rhode Island with her brother and three sisters. She worked as a CNA, a union boss, a fast food restaurant manager, and most importantly in the latter half of her life as a full-time mother for her three adopted children. Debra was the glue that held people together. She loved her pets, taking care of friends as well as family, traveling, and exploring. She was never afraid to speak her mind but as anyone who ever met her knew, her mind was beautiful and as sharp-witted as it was curious and determined. Debra is survived by her three children, Edward, Alexis, and Isaiah Mason, all of East Providence; her niece Angelique Mason and son, her nephews Michael Mailloux, Nicholas Mailloux, and Christopher Mailloux, and their children. She also leaves siblings Elaine Mason, Dawn Gonsalves, and Brian Mason, as well as their children, and every friend she has made along her life's path.
