Angelica Perez-Diaz, of Central Falls, died December 17, 2016 at the home of her daughter Luz Diaz after a long illness.

Born in Puerto Rico, she was the widow of Ismael Diaz.

She worked at International Packaging in Pawtucket for many years. She was a member of New Life International Ministries of Pawtucket. She enjoyed sewing, music and cooking.

She leaves her children, Ismael Diaz Jr. of RI; Angel L. Diaz of FL; Carmen M. Diaz and Petra Diaz both in Puerto Rico; And Luz M. Diaz with whom she lived. She leaves 14 grandchildren. She was also the mother of the late Maria Diaz.

The arrangements are with Familys Choice Cremation, and the family have invited friends to a visitation at Smith Funeral & Memorial Services, 8 Schoolhouse Road, Warren, RI on Wednesday, December 21st, from 6-9pm.
