Alfred D. Cormier Jr., 79, of West Warwick, passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 surrounded by his loving family. The beloved husband of Kathleen M. (Begin) Cormier and the son of the late Alfred D. Cormier Sr. and Bernice (Jenkins) Cormier, he was long-time resident of the town. Alfred, following his service with the Coast Guard, went on to work as a Correctional Officer for many years. He was a long-time member of the Little Rhodey Beagle Club and the Eastern Connecticut Beagle Club. In addition to his loving wife, Kathleen, Alfred is survived by his son, Brett Thibodeau and his wife Shonna of VA; his three daughters, Dottie Celani and her husband Kelly of West Warwick, Michelle Santurri and her husband John of Cranston and Denise O'Connor and her partner Jim of AK; twelve grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Ronald C. Cormier and Coralynn M. Cormier. Arrangements are with Family's Choice Cremation, 8 Schoolhouse Rd. Warren, RI.
