Joseph E. Daniel of Riverside, unexpectedly passed January 15, 2017, in Providence. Born in Azores, Portugal, a son of the late Manuel Souza & Emily (Frias) Souza. Beloved husband of Tenya (Alward) Daniel He attended Diman Regional Voc Tech & Rhode Island School of Design and worked as a Jewelry Designer and Model Maker. He was an avid Golfer, Pool Player, and occasional Poker Player. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Besides his wife he leaves his daughters, Jaclyn T. Daniel and Keli J. Daniel; his grandchildren, James A. Catlow and Casey J. Catlow; his brother John Souza and sisters Emily Joseph, Mary Silvia and Bella Pimental. He was also the brother of the late Manuel Daniel.
